1. 30-day refund guarantee
The right to return expires 30 days after the delivery date. This timeframe applies to defects, damaged items, incorrect shipments, and standard returns.
2. Return conditions
- Damaged or defective goods: Replacement or full refund, including original shipping charges; please attach supporting photos to your report.
- Incorrect item delivered: The correct item will be shipped immediately, and the incorrect item will be returned at our expense.
- Returns for change of mind: The item must be unused, undamaged, in its original packaging, and include all intact seals and tags. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer; original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Opened ear care products and hygiene items cannot be resold for health reasons and are excluded from returns unless they are defective.
3. Return Procedure

- Within one business day, you will receive a confirmation containing the designated return address and a reference number.
- Place the product back in its original packaging with all included items, insert a slip with your reference number, and pack it securely for shipping.
- Hand over the parcel to the shipping carrier for delivery to the provided address, and email us the tracking code. Keep the postal drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed.
4. Refunds and processing time
We inspect returned items within 3 business days and notify you in writing once the refund is approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method: for cash on delivery orders, via transfer to your designated bank account; for wire prepayments, back to the originating bank account. Banks typically require 1-5 business days to process this.
5. Exchanges and cancellations
Direct exchanges for different variants or models are not offered. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order. Cancellations prior to warehouse dispatch are free of charge; simply send a message with your order number to [email protected].
